Scholarship Rules

By filling out the following form, you will be entered in our membership database. As soon as we receive your check, we will activate your membership. There are UserId and Password fields which will allow you to access the "Members Only" parts of our web site and to update your personal information and change newsletter delivery options and email list membership. When this form is processed, the user ID will be made unique if necessary and you will receive an email that informs you what your user ID and password will be.
